I have been involved in Financial Services since 1990, initially at a City based Stockbrokers and then my mother’s high profile IFA practice (subsequently acquired by a National Advisory firm).
I joined HFMC in 2001, to help build an Employee Benefits division. This now forms a significant part of HFMC Wealth’s turnover. With over 30 years experience in advising corporate clients (focusing predominantly in the SME space), our ethos is to work closely in partnership with our clients to help them build a successful and market competitive employee benefits strategy.
This is achieved through a combination of effective communication and good governance, aligned with a very personal service-driven approach. I enjoy working with employers who are passionate about engaging employees in the importance and merits of their workplace ir pension and core benefits schemes.
The employee benefits team’s mantra is to offer our clients integrity, professionalism, and years of experience. The service we provide is very personal and “hands on”, with a focus on simplifying what can often be a ‘jargon-heavy’ industry through clear communication, whether that's in one-to-one meetings or in staff presentations.
