Both David and I have been somewhat reticent about approaching a financial adviser, it never seemed the right time. However you have shown that in doing so, it can inspire very positive changes.

I feel very fortunate that you and your colleagues at HFMC took over the process of (encashing £6m pension holdings to transfer into a SIPP) at a time when neither Mckinsey, accountants, lawyers, SIPP candidates nor HMRC were prepared to take any responsibility for anything and this risked prolonging the process indefinitely. Your focus, chivvying and willingness, collectively, to push the relevant players onto the next stage while checking the accuracy of their progress on the way, enabled a prolonged process, in danger of cantering out of control, to be brought back into line and progressed to its conclusion. It is very much appreciated.
