We are looking for experienced financial planners who are brilliant at what they do and want to keep doing it, without the hassles of solo practice or restrictive corporate environments.

If you’re the right fit for us, you’re likely someone who:

  • Has built and managed a client book generating more than £400k net fee income (or will within 24 months)
  • Is planning-led and investment-savvy, trusted by clients as their reliable counsel
  • Has been running a substantial book for five-plus years, with the majority of clients meeting our £3k per household minimum
  • Can self-generate referrals and has at least seven years left in your working life
  • Values being truly independent and putting clients first above all else
  • Wants the benefits of ownership and autonomy without running every aspect of a business
  • Is willing to work as part of a small, dedicated team

Some of our advisers focus on looking after a smaller number of higher-net-worth clients focussing on family office type clients; whilst others prefer helping a larger number of upper affluent type families and are keen to take on more. Some use our in-house discretionary fund management for all their clients; others don’t use it at all. That’s fine, because we each do what’s best for us and our clients, maintaining access to the whole market and all leading investment managers.

You can start employed and transition to partnership, build your own team, or plug into our established support hubs. The choice is yours.

Our “circle of services” provides family office-style capabilities for high-net-worth clients. This includes comprehensive wealth planning, bespoke asset management, tax and estate planning support, and dedicated administration and paraplanning teams. You’ll have access to shared support hubs with experienced administrators and wealth planning expertise.
